Current Opportunities


Engineering students are considered to be an integral part of the engineering staff and are provided with tasks that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating.  Under guidance of the senior engineering staff, the students will be provided an excellent learning environment for mechanical engineering interns.  The intern will assist with the team’s continued project workload.



Participate in self-paced and in-house learning programs to gain the skills required to perform the tasks listed below:

  • Become familiar with codes and standards
  • Perform heating and cooling load calculations using computer software
  • Generate energy code compliance certificates
  • Building information modeling in Revit
  • Create computer models to simulate energy usage for Energy Audits


  • Tech-savvy; MS Office Suite, Revit and AutoCAD preferred (not required)
  • Self-motivated, team player, enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
  • Interested in possible long term employment in Tucson
  • The right combination of character, initiative, drive and attitude; attributes that are more important than job knowledge
